Delivery Timeframes

“SHOP”orders are packed and dispatched within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 “TAILORING LAB”orders are packed and dispatched within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on shipping conditions, customs delays, and other factors outside our control.


Order Processing and Tracking

  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number within 1 business day of dispatch.
  • All packages require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a secure daytime delivery address and contact number.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to re-route or modify the delivery address.

Pre-Order Terms:

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order.
  • Delivery dates are subject to change. We will notify you by email of any delays.
  • Our standard return policy applies to all pre-orders.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
